Apply to be a Panelist

Bay Area individuals with expertise in arts and culture fields can apply to participate in peer review grant panels. This is a paid opportunity to be part of SFAC's ​grant-making process.

Apply to be a Cultural Ambassador

Cultural Ambassadors help increase awareness of and attendance at SFAC’s grant information sessions and encourage prospective applicants to submit applications to relevant SFAC grant categories. This is a paid opportunity to be part of SFAC's grant-making process.

Learn more about current Cultural Ambassador opportunities. Applications accepted annually, with deadlines usually in the early summer.

Attend a Community Investments Committee Meeting

Community Investments Committee Meetings typically occur at 1pm on the fourth Tuesday of even-numbered months. They are held in-person at City Hall and streamed live on SFGovTV. You can check the Calendar for updated agendas posted prior to the meeting. There is always an opportunity for General Public Comment.
