Referral & Navigation Process
Pt is referred by Primary Care Provider to GHSF for navigation and surgery referral processing.
For in-network surgeries GHSF will refer the Patient to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
For all out-of-network surgeries GHSF will process Pre-Authorizations for surgical consult and referral .
Waitlist
- A limited annual budget exists for this program.
- Approval for surgical consult and surgeries depends on budget.
- A waitlist for specific surgeries will be discussed with patient during navigation services.
