Referral & Navigation Process
You can be referred by your PCP (Primary Care Provider) to GHSF for navigation.
Referrals for surgery will be sent to a ZSFG (Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital) surgeon, except facial surgeries & voice therapy.
Your PCP will need to refer you directly to UCSF (University of California, San Francisco) for facial surgery & voice therapy, GHSF will provide navigation only for facial surgeries.
