FY26 CCG Submission Highlights

San Franciscans stepped up with bold, community-led ideas in the FY26 Community Challenge Grants (CCG) process. We received applications from every supervisorial district, with more than triple the submissions of our last round and over $14 million requested for neighborhood improvements.

How we got here

We expanded outreach and support to lower barriers and welcome new community leaders with the following:

  • 6 information sessions
  • 7 technical assistance workshops
  • 272 total workshop attendees
  • 77% of attendees had never applied to CCG

What's next

  • Applications have been screened for eligibility
  • Panelists are evaluating the submissions
  • Notices of intent to award are anticipated to be released in December
