ROLL CALL AND ANNOUNCMENTS
On the call of the roll. Board Members Dignan, Lozano, Ortiz, and Soo, were noted present. President Palmer arrived at 2:14 p.m.
A quorum of the Board was present.
Board Secretary Leung thanked SFGovTV for recording and televising the meeting on Cable Channel 26, and welcomed members of the public to attend board meetings and provide public comment in-person, by email at sdob@sfgov.org, or by US Postal mail addressed to the Office of the Inspector General, 1 South Van Ness Ave, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.
BUDGET PRESENTATION
Nicole Armstrong from the Department of Police Accountability presented the budget for the Office of Sheriff’s Inspector General and the Sheriff’s Department Oversight Board for FY 2026-2027 and FY 2027-2028.
Questions and discussion from Members Ortiz, Soo, and Lozano.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
There was no public comment.
Member Lozano, seconded by Member Soo, moved to approve the FY2026-2027 and FY 2027-2028 Budget as presented, as presented. The motion carried the following vote:
Ayes: Dignan, Lozano, Ortiz, Palmer, Soo
Nays: None.
APPROVED.
ADJOURNMENT
Having completed the agenda and there being no further business, the Board adjourned at the hour of 2:25 p.m.
