Febbie Valderrama

Febbie is the Acting Finance and Administration Supervisor at DOSW, where she plays a key role in managing grants, overseeing departmental finances and budgets, and coordinating payroll processes. She is known for her determination and problem-solving mindset, and her enthusiasm, collaborative and deliberative work processes. Febbie also has a strong eagerness to learn new things, continually seeking opportunities to grow and better support her team. She has taken on new responsibilities and brings a deep understanding of City & County fiscal processes and requirements to the team. A standout moment in her career was when she stepped up as Acting Finance and Administration Supervisor during a critical transition period, filling the gap left by the department’s Financial and Administration Manager and ensuring continuity in operations. Outside of work, Febbie lives with her husband, Andrew, and enjoys spending weekends exploring the Bay Area with their two toddlers and two dogs.
