CCG Online Information Session on Love Our Neighborhoods
Have a CCG project in Program Area A: Infrastructure? This session dives into eligibility—so you can understand what qualifies before you apply.

Designed for applicants applying under Program Area A: Infrastructure, this workshop builds on the Love Our Neighborhoods presentation from our City Permits and Approvals session. Participants will learn how to distinguish between Tier 2 (eligible) and Tier 3 (ineligible) projects. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share their proposed project ideas and receive guidance on which elements may qualify under Tier 2 and which would be considered ineligible under Tier 3.
Who should attend: Applicants preparing CCG proposals in Program Area A: Infrastructure who want clarity on eligibility before submitting their application.
Come prepared: Details matter when determining whether project components are considered maintenance and repair, minor landscaping, or construction and major landscaping. To get the most out of this session, be ready to share specifics about your proposal, such as:
- Replacements and additions: Are you replacing something (e.g., a fence, stairs, planter boxes) with the same design, or changing materials, dimensions, or footprint? Are you adding more of those items—how many and what size?
- Slope and surfaces: What is the angle of any slope you are correcting? Will you be using concrete or other materials?
- Landscaping scope: What is the footprint of the overall site and what is the footprint you are proposing changes to? What items do you want to plant? How tall will the vegetation grow? Are you replacing dead plants with new ones?
- Lighting: If you’re adding lighting, what type and scale?
