A group of seven dancers are standing on a dark stage. The outline of their bodies is faintly lit with blue light. Their right arms are lifted up and it looks like they are holding stars.

View the Payment Documentation and Reporting Policy Information Session & Community Meeting to learn more about SFAC’s new policy for expense report documentation for all grants starting July 1, 2026.

This webinar provided an opportunity to walk through the proposed policy, but more importantly, it was a space for members of the community to share insights and experiences. Our goal is to understand how this draft policy will impact your operations and ensure that the final policy reflects the needs and realities of our community.

This session is highly recommended for:

  • New & returning grant applicants
  • San Francisco-based artists & creatives
  • Anyone interested in SFAC funding opportunities

This session was held virtually over Zoom. See below for the link to the recording of the session.
