Opening Doors: How to Attract and Retain Customers with Disabilities (solo en español)

From our grandmothers to our neighbors, 28% of Americans have some type of disability*. Don’t leave these customers behind. Create an inclusive, disability‑friendly business without expense or fear.

Office of Small Business

In this dynamic, in-person presentation, small business owners will learn simple, practical, and affordable strategies for welcoming customers with a wide range of disabilities. We’ll also share information about how to apply for a grant of up to $10,000 for making accessibility improvements to your shop or restaurant.

Workshop is in Spanish only.
