  • Learn about Bloomberg Law

  • LITIGATION RESOURCES: Primary Law, Docket Searching with Keywords, BNA books & treatises, Chart builders, Practical Guidance Library with In-Focus emerging issues, Bloomberg Law News (U.S. Law Week, White Collar Crime and Criminal Law).

  • POINTS OF LAW: a more efficient and effective way to conduct case law research. Through the application of machine learning to our database of approximately 13 million court opinions, Points of Law speeds up case law research by highlighting language critical to a court’s reasoning using AI, allowing you to quickly find the best language to support legal arguments. You can also follow links to other relevant case law, Related Points of Law, and the Citation Map. This new research tool provides comprehensive, objective, timely statements of law and leading cases in support of those statements.

  • DOCKET KEY: docket filing classification is a new, unique, and innovative system that identifies and classifies entries on a docket.  Docket Key makes locating underlying filings easy, quick, and precise by targeting 20 categories, including motions, briefs, orders, and more! This new technology guarantees access to the filings you are looking for instead of those that mention the keyword.

  • COMPARATIVE LITIGATION ANALYTICS: enhanced Litigation Analytics tool provides comparisons of active federal district judges and jurisdictions.  Search across all active federal district court judges to view data and trends.  View a judge’s profile, including historical work and current cases.  See most cited opinions to better understand a judge’s most iconic cases.  View past data on the judge’s decisions by four different analytics: Motion Outcomes, Appeals Outcomes, Length of Case, and Appearances and Case Types.
