SFMTA Board - TI/YBI Parking Legislation

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), in partnership with the Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency (TIMMA) and the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA), is advancing a proposal to manage public on-street parking on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island (TI/YBI) using paid (metered) parking.

The proposal was presented at an online SFMTA Engineering Public Hearing on October 17, 2025 and will now go to the January 6, 2025 SFMTA Board meeting for consideration. This proposal was originally scheduled to be presented at the December 2, 2025 SFMTA Board meeting and has been rescheduled to the January 6, 2025 meeting.
