Ellen Chang

Ellen Chang is a Data Scientist for the Mayor’s Office of Innovation. She has worked on various roles and products at Google including Quantitative User Experience Research, Strategy, and Machine Learning Operations for YouTube, Gmail, Chat, and Ads, and in actuarial modeling at Travelers Insurance. Ellen has a master’s in statistics from KU Leuven and bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and finance from Arizona State University.
