Annual Report
The Sunshine Ordinance Task Force (Task Force) submits the attached 2024 Annual Report to the Board of Supervisors pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.30(c). The Report examines the processing and fulfillment of records requests by City departments and bodies, the Task Force’s complaint resolution procedures and outcomes, and significant problems encountered in the Sunshine Ordinance’s administration. It also offers recommendations for improving implementation and compliance with the Sunshine Ordinance.Annual Report 2024About
The Task Force advises the Board of Supervisors and provides information to other City departments on appropriate ways in which to implement the Sunshine Ordinance (Chapter 67 of the Administrative Code); to ensure that deliberations of commissions, boards, councils and other agencies of the City and County are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people's review.

Sunshine Ordinance Task Force meetings are held at City Hall. The hearing rooms in City Hall are wheelchair accessible.
