The Real Estate Division (RED), is excited to partner with Foodwise, an experienced local nonprofit farmers market operator, to manage the Alemany Farmers Market beginning in February 2026.
Sally Oerth will bring extensive experience managing complex real estate, housing, and infrastructure initiatives, including as the former head of the San Francisco Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, to strengthen resilience and management of the City’s real property. Oerth will succeed Andrico Penick, who is retiring after serving as the City’s Director of Real Estate since 2018.
