The Office of Policy and Planning (OPP) provides policy analysis, research, and strategic planning for the Department of Public Health (DPH) and City partners to promote and protect the health and well-being of all San Franciscans. The Office leads and coordinates work on local and state legislation and other public policy issues that may impact the Department.
