The body providing oversight of the Health Care for the Homeless federally-funded grant program, given authority by, and in collaboration with, the Health Commission and the Director of Health. The mission of the Co-Applicant Board is to improve the health of City residents experiencing homelessness by ensuring access to culturally-informed outpatient health services. The Board includes eleven voting members, more than half of whom are consumers of services, and one non-voting ex officio member designated by the Director of Health.
