A plan to make early childhood information easier to find, trust, and use
DEC became a City department in 2022, and we kicked off this planning process the following year to advance our strategic plan. While San Francisco has invested significant resources in early childhood, we’re hearing from families that it’s still hard to navigate the system and access the information they need.
