The Office of Sexual Harassment & Assault Response + Prevention (SHARP) is within the Mayor's Office for Victims' Rights.
SHARP's mandate is to serve as an ombuds office for survivors of sexual assault and/or sexual harassment by receiving complaints from survivors concerning the City's response to allegations of sexual assault and/or sexual harassment. We help survivors navigate the City's systems to resolve complaints about the City's response to allegations and work with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions to improve the overall system of support for survivors.
