The Lifelines Council includes representatives from agencies that manage or regulate infrastructure vital to San Francisco's recovery, such as utilities, transportation, and communications.
By sharing data and ideas, the Council coordinates a response to accelerate the City's restoration, with a collective recovery goal measured in weeks and months.
