Children, Youth and Their FamiliesAbout the Student Success Fund Evaluation RFP
The Student Success Fund supports San Francisco public schools using the Community Schools model. This model helps schools support the whole child, including academics, health, and family engagement.
The Student Success Fund Evaluation RFP is seeking evaluators to study how well the Fund is working and how it can improve.
Selected evaluators will:
- Study how Student Success Fund programs are working at school sites
- Look at student outcomes like attendance, learning, and well-being
- Review how schools, community partners, and families are working together
- Assess technical assistance and support provided to schools
- Evaluate the partnership between DCYF and the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD)
- Share findings and recommendations to improve the Fund
This work will help the City and SFUSD make better decisions and strengthen support for students and families.
DCYF expects to award up to $600,000 per year for three years across two contracts, running from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.
