Racial equity at DCYF
We take part in the Office of Racial Equity’s (ORE) racial equity action planning process, which has two phases. The first phase focuses inward on supporting employees of color in our hiring practices and organizational culture; the second will focus outward on how we serve San Franciscans of color.
