Danielle Lundstrom

Danielle Lundstrom, MPH, RDN, is a weight-inclusive registered dietitian nutritionist with a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She has been with DPH since 2023, previously working with the Nutrition Equity Opportunity & Physical Activity (NEOP) team in MCAH to advance nutrition security and health equity through community-centered CalFresh Healthy Living (SNAP-Ed) programming. Prior to that, she worked in higher education, leading culturally responsive nutrition programming for students at SF State. This included CalFresh outreach services as well as efforts to shift toward weight-inclusive systems, practices, and culture across campus departments as anti-racist, social justice work. Outside of work, you can find her taking long walks with her herding dog mix, Tazzie, enjoying pastries at a local bakery, or propagating her house plants.
