Community Assessment and Services Center Basic Information
The CASC is behavioral health-focused, one-stop reentry center that provides support to justice involved adults including clinical and reentry case management, medication management and distribution, peer mentoring, 1:1 therapy, education and employment services, barrier removal, benefits enrollment, support groups, and access to transitional housing. 564 6th Street San Francisco, Ca 94103 OPEN Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 415-489-7300

Services at CASC
- Served Daily: Breakfast and Sac Lunches
- Goodwill: Employment Assistance, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, contact Bill Erben at berben@sfgoodwill.org,
- Employment program inclusive of job-readiness workshops, job search and placement services, and access to vocational training opportunities
- Five Keys: Education Support, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM-3:30 PM, contact Isaac Taggart, 415-489-7320
- Classes provided to obtain a GED or high school diploma, as well as in literacy, math, and art. Course available to acquire a Food Handler card required for employment in food services.
- Housing Support: Wednesdays, 10am-12pm
- SF Pretrial Diversion Project offers intakes for permanent supportive housing placement, problem solving conversations, barrier removal, travel and relocation support, and other housing-related needs. APD Staff reps onsite for enrollment/info about APD-funded housing

- Sign up for Health Saving Account (HSA): Wednesdays from 10am-4pm
- Housing Access Services and Transitional Housing Intakes: Wednesdays from 10am-12pm
