A. PRESENTATION ON CHARTER SECTION 4.102, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS – POWERS AND DUTIES, AND CHARTER SECTION 4.119, COMMISSION ON THE STATUS OF WOMEN

B. GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE (GBV) GRANTS PORTFOLIO UPDATE

Senior Policy and Program Analyst, Hannah Cotter, will give a presentation providing background on the Gender-Based Violence portfolio and its transition to the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).

C. 2024 COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT REPORT

Dr. Alfredo Huante will give a presentation on the Department’s 2024 Community Needs Assessment Report. Dr. Huante will provide details of the report’s findings and address any questions from the Commissioners.

City Attorney Remarks on Closed Session Procedures

The Deputy City Attorney will provide information on the law regarding closed sessions, including closed sessions permitted under Government Code Section 54957 (b) and San Francisco Code Section 67.10(b), commonly referred to as the “personnel exception.”
