About City Survey
Every two to three years, the Controller's Office conducts the City Survey. The survey asks San Francisco residents how they feel about the quality of City services like parks, libraries, Muni, streets, and utilities. This information helps the City understand resident experiences, identify differences across neighborhoods and communities, and track how perceptions change over time.
