Personal Care Assistance
Aides help patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Their support promotes dignity, comfort, and safety.
Mobility & Transfer Support
Aides assist with walking, repositioning, and safe transfers to reduce fall risk and support patient mobility.
Monitoring & Observation
While not clinical staff, aides observe changes in the patient’s condition and report concerns to the nursing team to ensure timely follow‑up.
Light Household Support Related to Care
Aides may help with tasks such as changing linens, preparing simple meals, or organizing items related to patient care.
Companionship & Encouragement
Aides provide supportive presence, conversation, and encouragement that help patients feel connected and cared for.
