Behavioral Health Clinicians at Primary Care Spotlight

As a Behavioral Health Clinican in a primary care clinic, you will serve an essential role on a team integrating behavioral and physical health care to provide high quality culturally congruent services across the lifespan. You will be considered the expert in behavioral health and the psychological aspects of various health conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other medical providers, and medical staff to help address patients’ psychosocial needs and to provide high-quality healthcare that improves the overall well-being of every patient we serve.

You are a good fit for our team if:

  1. You like fast-paced settings where you receive multiple warm handoffs in a day to see new patients,
  2. You are comfortable being the only behavioral health provider on the team,
  3. You enjoy providing moment at a time behavioral health interventions rather than ongoing psychotherapy, and
  4. You want to provide patients with behavioral health care when they need it, rather than after an extended 'intake' process.
