Who qualifies:
Immigrants who have arrived in the U.S. within the past 5 years and have a pending asylum case or plan to apply for asylum.
We support newly arrived immigrants and asylum seekers with:
- Connecting to doctors, clinics and mental health care
- Scheduling medical appointments for urgent needs
- Applying for Medi-Cal or other health coverage - many asylum seekers qualify for Medi-Cal!
- Referrals to free or low-cost community services
