On Wednesday, April 22, we are hosting our next PermitSF Customer Forum to share updates and solicit your suggestions on how we can serve you better.
At the online forum, we’ll discuss the PermitSF portal's trade permit migration and the new contractor validation process, upcoming interviews about applicants' experiences with the new portal, and one-time penalties for historic building violations.
This forum will be an opportunity for you to provide feedback on our efforts to streamline the permitting process, as well as ideas for how to improve our other services.
