Open sites
Sites on this list provide free meals to all children and youth age 18 and under. The child or youth must be present at the site during meal service hours to receive a meal. No registration, identification, or proof of need is required. Meals are served on a first come, first served basis, and all meals be eaten at the site.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
