About the 2025–2026 Community Grants RFP

The 2025-2026 Community Grants RFP provides up to $3.68 million per year to organizations able to deliver the services listed below. The funding period for this RFP runs from January 1, 2026, through July 30, 2029. Funding is strategy-specific and must be used for the program purposes described in each strategy. Awards depend on available funds and grant terms.

How to apply

• Submit RFP questions to RFP@dcyf.org by Friday October 31, 2025 at 5pm. DCYF staff will only respond to questions submitted via email during the official question period.
• Submit an Intent to Apply in the online RFP system by Sunday November 16, 2025, at 5pm. If your organization meets the minimum qualifications, you will receive access to submit a full proposal.
• Submit a proposal in the online RFP system by Monday, January 5, 2026, at 5pm.
