About the 2025–2026 Community Grants RFP
The 2025-2026 Community Grants RFP provided up to $3.68 million per year to organizations able to deliver the services listed below. The funding period for this RFP will run from April 1, 2026, through July 30, 2029. Funding is strategy-specific and must be used for the program purposes described in each strategy. Awards depend on available funds and grant terms.
