Unsafe riding, such as riding on a sidewalk or weaving in and out of traffic. These are powered or motorized scooters from permitted scooter share companies, Lime and Spin.

What to do
Use a different report for scooters that are blocking a pedestrian walkway or sidewalk, or otherwise not parked according to parking requirements.
1. Fill out a form
We will need:
- The scooter company (Lime or Spin)
- The scooter number
- The date and time of the incident
- The location of the incident
- A description of the rider
Include a photo to assist with response and investigation.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
