Faster Routing Now in Place for In-House Permit Applications

Dear Customers,

We've made an important change to help move In-House Review permit applications through the system faster and with fewer delays.

Starting today, our permitting system will automatically route In-House applications to the appropriate review teams based on the results of the initial completeness check. In the past, our staff manually routed these applications using the G-20 Info Sheet. That manual process will continue for Over-the-Counter permits, but In-House projects will now follow this more efficient, automated path.

This change is expected to reduce delays, improve consistency across reviews, and keep your project moving forward. We've also published the routing tables online to give you a clearer picture of how applications move through each stage of the review process.
