- Find the React button on the tool bar
- Click on the raise your hand icon
- The host will inform you when it is your turn to provide public comment
- When you are done with your comment, click the hand icon again to lower your hand and mute yourself
To listen or provide public comment by phone
- Dial +1 (669) 444-9171 and enter Zoom Meeting ID: 883 1528 3122
- Wait for public comment to be announced
- When the Chair calls for public comment, click on the react button to raise your hand, please wait to speak until the chair calls on you
- Ensure that you are in a quiet location. Before you speak, mute the sound of any equipment around you, including televisions, radios and computers. It is especially important that you mute your computer (if you are watching via the web link) so there is no echo sounds when you speak.
- To withdraw your request to speak, lower your hand reaction
- When the Chair states "caller on the line", please state your name clearly. As soon as you speak you will have up to 2 minutes to provide your comments.
- Once your time has expired, you will be informed by the chair, and you will hear a noise chime from the timer.
- Participants who wish to speak on other public comment periods on the agenda, can stay on the meeting and listen for the next public comment opportunity and follow instructions above.

Government's duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public.
