Congratulations! You've received an award letter from Grants from the Arts (GFTA)!
Before you can access your funding, you must complete the steps on this page.
Failure to complete these steps could result in the loss of your award funding.

Sign up to be a City supplier
Your organization must sign up to be a supplier with the City and County of San Francisco.
Once you sign up, you will get a Supplier ID, which you will need in step 4.
Become a compliant supplier
To become a compliant supplier, your organization must:
- Be in good standing
- Meet other City agency requirements for suppliers
Collect supporting documentation
When you fill out your intake form, you will need to submit the following documentation for your organization:
- Proof of insurance
- General operating budget
- Disclosure of other City contracts

Submit your GTFA intake form
When you have collected your documents, you're ready to submit your intake form.
You'll need to answer basic questions about your organization and provide your Supplier ID.
Find your unique intake form link on your award letter. Fill out the form, upload your documents, sign, and submit.
