      The Subcommittee will review a draft request to HSH regarding training records.  If the full Committee approves, this will go to HSH management if needed.

      A.  EDITS TO BYLAWS    Discussion/Action

      The Subcommittee will look at the Bylaws to prepare to revise them in accord with the proposed changes to the Administrative Code.

      Proposed Action: Make a recommendation to the full Committee.
