Interested parties are required to complete and submit TIDA's commercial leasing application form. Standard TIDA lease document terms and conditions apply. Commercial tenants ae required to:
- Hold all applicable insurance coverages and endorsements
- Pay a refundable security deposit
- Pay monthly rent
