San Francisco Community Land Trust (“SFCLT”) is seeking a general contractor for an exterior rehab project at a group housing residential building in San Francisco. This project is being funded with MOHCD through the Preservation and Seismic Safety Program (PASS) and other local funds. The Rehab work is an exterior repair and repaint project that is envisioned to include removal of exterior vertical wainscotting and deteriorated horizontal siding, new insulation, waterproofing membrane, new siding, and paint of the entire rear façade.

Precita Lift Project
The project is located at 534 Precita Avenue, San Francisco, California, 94110. The scope of work includes installation of an inclined platform chair lift to provide ADA accessibility between the gymnasium level and the elevated stage/kitchen.
