Contract requirements for Community Challenge Grants

What to know if your grant application is approved.

If you are awarded a grant, you must be able to sign a contract within 3 months or, for public art projects, 6 months. 

Before you sign a contract, you'll need to:

  • Attend a pre-contract meeting
  • Provide service agreements with all vendors
  • Be able to provide proof of insurance

Before your project can start, you must get any required permits and approvals.

You'll receive complete instructions if we choose to fund your project.
