Keeping Moms and Babies in Nutrition Program
Proper nutrition is essential for pregnant moms and babies. And yet moms and babies have been dropping out of San Francisco’s Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program. With data insights, WIC was able to reshape their outreach and program messaging to increase enrollment. Read the case study.
Preserving Art for the Future
The Arts Commission works to preserve the City’s Civic Art Collection for San Francisco residents and visitors. Using a new cost formula tool, the Arts Commission was able to plan for and focus on preservation work. Read the case study.
Appraiser Workload Report

Energy Performance Report
SF Environment works with building owners to report energy usage to the public. Using PowerBI, SF Environment improved their reporting with an interactive, up-to-date dashboard. The new system is scalable and can meet ongoing analytic requests. Read the case study.

DataSF worked with the Public Utilities Commission among other departments to create a dataset and map containing all public bathrooms and water fountains across the city. Read about this project.
