1. Call our office and ask to reschedule the hearing
2. Follow up with a letter or fax
After you talk to us on the phone, you then must make the request in writing. You can mail us a letter or send a fax.

If you need to meet with us outside of business hours, call us.
If we accept your request
We will reschedule your hearing and let you know the new date.
If we reject your request
You need to go to the hearing as scheduled. However, you get another chance to request a delay at the beginning of the Civil Service Commission meeting.
