The Subcommittee will review and vote on whether to approve draft Minutes.

Proposed Action: Vote to approve last month’s Subcommittee Minutes.
I. OLD BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. SECURITY AT SHELTERS Chair Street 10 min
Members will continue to discuss security and training of staff. See page 20 of the attached report:

B. COMPLAINT DATABASE Staff 5 min
Members will be updated as to the “automated” complaint handling process being built.

II. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. WARNING NOTICES IN THE ONE SYSTEM 10 min
The Subcommittee will discuss warning flags appearing in the ONE system.
Public Comment will be heard before any action.
B. MORE GRANULARITY/DETAIL IN SOCs 10 min
It was recently pointed out that dividing SOCs that currently cover too broad an array of issues (e.g., SOC #1) into two or more categories would be helpful. Members will discuss possible recommendations on whether/how to effect this.
Public Comment will be heard before any action.
III. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT Chair Street 10 min
Members of the public may address the Subcommittee on items of interest to the public, that are within the jurisdiction of the Subcommittee, for up to 3 minutes. With respect to an action item [denoted by “Proposed Action” after the agenda item] on the agenda, members of the public may address the Subcommittee for up to 2 minutes at the time such item is called. With respect to a discussion item on the agenda, members of the public may address the Committee for up to 1 minute at the time such item is called. Members of the public may only speak once per agenda item.
