Support for the BHSA data collection and reporting system (DCR)

Support for users of the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA formerly known as MHSA) data collection and reporting system (DCR).

Creating a DCR account

If you don't have a DCR account:

  1. Fill out the DCR Account Request form
  2. Fill out the User Confidentiality form 
  3. Signed the forms and email them to dph-dcr@sfdph.org
  4. Follow these instructions to complete the online enrollment

 

Logging into the DCR

  1. Go to the BHIS login page and log in
  2. On the Applications menu, choose "DCR Web Application"

Users should be trained on the DCR by either the FSP’s in-house trainer or the DCR support team before using a DCR user account.

Individuals with access to SFDPH confidential information and data systems have a legal and ethical responsibility to protect the security and confidentiality of personal, medical, financial, personnel and protected health information, and to use that information and those systems only in the performance of their jobs.
