Communicating Across Cultures Workshop
This one-day training helps employees explore strategies to enhance communication and build a culture of trust in their workplace. In this training, participants learn differences in communication styles and the role culture plays in communication and managing conflict.
Managing Implicit Bias Workshop
This training helps participants understand the effects of bias on decision-making, and learn tools to continue creating inclusion in their daily lives.

Programs
Access to City employment (ACE)
The ACE Program is meant to help those with disabilities gain purposeful and permanent employment with the City. Opportunities in the ACE program are available in nearly every job family as a way to help those that may struggle to navigate the City's hiring process make a career.
City university
In May 2005, the Department of Human Resources (DHR) created City University (CU) to ensure that San Francisco has the most educated and highly trained local government workforce.
