Approval of the Meeting Minutes from January 16, 2025 (Action Item)

Overview of Chapter 19B Amendments: Acquisition of Surveillance Technology Ordinance (Discussion Item)

The City Administrator’s Office will present on the Board of Supervisor’s amendments to Chapter 19B.

Review and Approve the 5-Year ICT Plan for FY 2026-30 (Action Item)

Section 22A.6 of the City’s Administrative Code requires COIT to submit a 5-year technology plan to the Board of Supervisors by March 1 of each odd numbered year. The Committee will review the ICT Plan for final approval before submission to the Board of Supervisors.

The COIT Director will present the ICT Plan.
