From November 2021, all new City websites, online applications, and digital content are required to:
- Follow SF's equitable design requirements
- Write all vital information in plain language
- Comply with the City's Language Access Ordinance

San Francisco Digital and Data Services works with other City departments to improve public services. We’re re-thinking how public services are designed, by understanding what our users need and building with an agile approach.
We're working on critical issues like affordable housing and building permits.
