Track your requests
If you provided your contact information with your request:
- View your requests in the Submitted by You section on the homepage.
- Hit the Show All button to view all your past requests.
- You can also get to this page from the app menu.
If you submitted a request anonymously:
- Search for your request in using the Recently Opened and Recently Closed reports in the app menu.
- Filter requests by either:
- Tracking number (or report number or service request number)
- Specific report details (like report type or location)
